All these orders are shipped via USPS, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your delivery. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Buyer is resposible for any additional duties or taxes.
International & Customs
International customers please note: Becomefitted uses the actual sold price of the items purchaced for International customs forms. Return Policy
Unopened and unused merchandise may be eligible for a store exchange within 14 days of original ship date. Please email or call us for you RMA# - info@becomefitted.com - (888) 250-8805 - Mon-Fri 9-6 PST and Sat-Sun 11-6 PST. All sale, promo, grab bag and clearance items sales are final.
Fitted Sizing
To calculate your appropriate hat size, comfortably measure to the nearest 1/8" around your head where you want the cap band to sit. Refer to the New Era Sizing Chart below. If you are in between sizes, order the larger size as most caps (especially those with wool content) will shrink slightly after wearing.
